Mentoring IPE activities requires unique teaching skills. Faculty development programs help teachers gain these new skills and support valuable networking opportunities.
Faculty and clinician development is an ongoing effort that includes supporting faculty/clinician participation in programs both at UVA and across the country. Faculty development is often offered in the form of seminars, workshops, and focus groups.
